Shandong Police Prevented From Petitioning

Two former police officers in uniform made their way from Shandong Province to petition in Beijing on the morning of October 10. Just as they arrived at the Office of Letters and Visits, attached to the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, they were obstructed by a group of plain clothes policemen who had been waiting for them for a long time.
