Regulators in Shenzhen Scrutinize Apps Used to Order Food

(Beijing) – Officials in Shenzhen said on November 5 they are investigating four food-ordering websites for allegedly working with unlicensed restaurants.

The Shenzhen Market Inspection Bureau said,, and failed to "check if restaurants they are working with have a food-safety license."

Mobile applications related to the websites have become popular ways for people to order food to be delivered to their homes.
