A summer hailstorm hit Guadalajara, one of Mexico’s largest cities and capital of Jalisco state, on Sunday. In some places, vehicles were trapped in a 1.5 meter (5 feet) layer of ice. Governor of Jalisco Enrique Alfaro described it as “incredible,” AFP reported
