Chinese semiconductor firm Wingtech Technology Co. Ltd. pushed back late Friday against accusations from its Dutch subsidiary Nexperia Holding B.V. that it has failed to engage in talks, as an ownership dispute continues to destabilize global supply chains.

Wingtech, which owns 100% of Nexperia, said it has made repeated efforts to negotiate, contradicting Nexperia’s claims that it did not received “any meaningful response” from the Chinese side.
