Gene Ma 马青

Chief Representative for APAC and Head of China Research at Institute of International Finance 国际金融协会亚太区首席代表兼中国研究部主管

Gene Ma is the Chief Representative for APAC and Head of China Research at IIF (Institute of International Finance). IIF is a global industry association with over 450 members. At IIF, Gene publishes China Spotlight covering a wide range of topics. He advises global investors, senior executives, and policymakers on opportunities and risks in China. He also organizes regular roundtables, conferences, and investor tours for top-tier global financial institutions. Prior to IIF, Gene was the China economist and strategist at Tudor Investment, Managing Director and China economist at ISI Group (Now Evercore ISI); chief macro analyst at Citic Securities, and a junior staff at China’s Ministry of Finance. Gene graduated from Peking Univ. and Cornell Univ. Gene is currently based in Singapore. 马青是国际金融协会(IIF)亚太区首席代表兼中国研究主管。IIF 是一家全球金融行业协会。马青发表《中国聚焦》报告。他为全球投资者、企业高管和政策机构提供有关中国机遇和风险的建议。他还为全球金融机构组织圆桌会议、研讨会和投资者参观活动。在加入IIF 之前，马青曾担任都铎投资(Tudor Investment)的中国经济和策略师、|SI集团(现为 Evercore ISl的董事总经理和中国经济分析师、中信证券首席宏观分析师，并曾于中国财政部任职。马青毕业于北京大学和康奈尔大学。马青目前居住在新加坡。

Vice President, Oil markets at Rystad Energy 睿咨得能源石油市场研究副总监

Ye Lin is a Senior Analyst in Oil Markets Research at Rystad Energy, with 16 years of experience in Asia-Pacific midstream trading, strategy, and refinery operations. Her background includes roles at China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), IHS Markit, and the Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI), where she specialized in international and Chinese petroleum markets and Asia-Pacific refinery competitiveness. 叶霖是Rystad Energy原油市场研究团队的高级分析师。她在亚太区的中游贸易市场和策略研究以及炼油厂运营方面拥有16年的经验。此前曾供职于中石化、IHS Markit、RMI研究所三家机构，从事国际石油市场、中国石油市场研究和亚太炼油厂竞争力相关工作。
