Hazem Ben-Gacem 夏本佳

Hazem Ben-Gacem is the Founder and Chief Executive of BlueFive Capital. Until September 2024 he was co-Chief Executive Officer at Investcorp, the Middle East’s largest non-sovereign private equity firm, chairing most of its private equity and infrastructure investment committees and overseeing all Investcorp’s activities in the Middle East, South East Asia, Japan and China. Prior to that, Hazem led Investcorp’s European private equity and its global technology investment businesses. During his 30-year tenure, Hazem directly led over 40 private equity investments across most world regions. Hazem began his career in New York, as a member of the M&A team at Credit Suisse First Boston. 夏本佳先生是BlueFive Capital的创始人兼首席执行官。他曾担任中东最大非主权私募股权公司Investcorp的联席首席执行官，主持公司大部分私募股权及基础设施投资委员会，并负责Investcorp在中东、东南亚、日本和中国的业务。在此之前，夏本佳先生曾领导Investcorp的欧洲私募股权业务及全球科技投资业务。在长达30年的职业生涯中，夏本佳先生直接主导了全球多个地区超过40项私募股权投资。夏本佳先生的职业生涯始于纽约，他曾任职于瑞士信贷第一波士顿公司并购团队。

Robo.ai Inc. (Nasdaq: AIIO) is the first smart technology company publicly listed in the United States based out of Dubai, UAE. As the global CEO of Robo.ai Inc., Mr. Zhai has more than three decades of global leadership experience across technology, mobility, and venture investment. He has worked extensively in Asia, Americas, Europe and Oceania, and has held senior roles at EDS (now HP), Kearney, Egon Zehnder, and Russell Reynolds, and played critical roles in several ventures’ early stage development, such as NIO and Mobike. He was former Chairman of NIO Global User Trust, CEO of Canoo China, CEO of Shenzhen Talent Group etc. He graduated from Harvard Business School, Australia National University, and Tsinghua University. He is undertaking his DBA degree study with Hong Kong University and Peking University. 翟斌先生现任阿联酋Robo.ai Inc.（纳斯达克：AIIO）的全球首席执行官。Robo.ai Inc.是阿联酋唯一的在美国上市的智能科技制造企业。翟斌先生先后在美国EDS集团、美国科尔尼管理咨询（Kearney）、瑞士亿康先达（Egon Zehnder）和美国罗盛咨询（Russell Reynolds）担任高级管理职位二十余年,在亚太区、美洲、欧洲和大洋洲都有丰富的工作经验。他曾是全球第一个专门服务中国企业出海的国际机构纽约罗盛咨询“海外中国中心”创任董事总经理。2014年，他从美国回国后创办了中国第一个“人才投资集团”本瓴才富，曾经参与了包括蔚来汽车、摩拜单车、新石器无人车、嘉舟汽车（Canoo）、魔镜科技（Fiture）等多家科技公司的早期创业成长，被称为中国“猎投之父”。在加入Robo.ai Inc.之前，他曾任蔚来汽车全球用户信托理事长、深圳人才集团总经理等职，他也是美国智库阿斯彭学院(Aspen Institute)的中国创始会仕（Fellow）。他先后毕业于武汉理工大学、澳大利亚国立大学、哈佛商学院和清华五道口金融学院，现正在香港大学和北京大学攻读工商管理博士学位。
