High Commissioner of Malaysia to Singapore 马来西亚驻新加坡高级专员

His Excellency Dato' Dr. Afar bin Mohamad Mustafar is the High Commissioner of Malaysia to Singapore. From Sep. 2018 until May 2021, he served as the Ambassador of Malaysia to France, with concurrent accreditation to Monaco and Portugal. Prior to that, he was the Director General of the Department of Maritime Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia. 阿兹法尔·宾·穆罕默德·穆斯塔法拿督博士阁下是马来西亚驻新加坡高级专员。从2018年9月到2021年5月，他担任马来西亚驻法国大使，同时兼任驻摩纳哥和葡萄牙大使。在此之前，他曾担任马来西亚外交部海事事务司司长。
