Dr. Chong Tien Siong is a veteran journalist with more than 30 years of experience, he was the Editor-In-Chief of Hong Kong Ming Pao Daily News from 2014 to 2017 and also a Director of Ming Pao Newspapers Limited. He was also the Editor-In-Chief of Malaysia Nanyang Siang Pau from 2006 to 2009 and the Executive Director of Nanyang Press Holdings BHD. Dr. Chong published 6 books and also a Member of the editorial team of The Global Chinese Dictionary that was published in Beijing in May 2010. 钟天祥博士是一位拥有30多年经验的资深记者，曾于2014年至2017年担任香港《明报》总编辑、明报有限公司的董事。先后担任马来西亚《南洋商报》总编辑、新加坡《联合早报》国际新闻副主任及派驻印尼资深特派员及办事处主任、香港《亚洲周刊》资深特派员、马来西亚《星洲日报》记者。张博士出版了6本书，并且担任2010年5月在北京出版的《全球华语词典》编辑。
