Ambassador of Vietnam to Singapore 越南驻新加坡大使

Ambassador Tran Phuoc Anh, appointed as Vietnam's Ambassador to Singapore in January 2025, previously served as Director General of the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ho Chi Minh City since 2021. Prior to this, he held key leadership roles as Acting Director General from 2020 to 2021, and Deputy Director General from 2017 to 2020.
Ambassador Anh began his career in early 1998 when he joined the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ho Chi Minh City. From 2008 to 2010, he served as Director of the Foreign Service Center in the Department of Foreign Affairs. His international assignments include serving as Counsellor at the Embassy of Vietnam in Myanmar from 2010 to 2014.
Ambassador Anh holds two Master's degrees in International Political Economy and Business Administration, and is proficient in English and French. 陈福英大使于2025年1月被任命为越南驻新加坡大使，此前自2021年起担任胡志明市外事厅厅长。在此之前，他曾于2020年至2021年担任代理厅长，并于2017年至2020年担任副厅长。
陈大使的职业生涯始于1998年，当时他加入胡志明市外事厅。2008年至2010年，他担任外事厅外事服务中心主任。他的国际任职经历包括2010年至2014年担任越南驻缅甸大使馆参赞。
陈大使拥有国际政治经济学和工商管理两个硕士学位，并精通英语和法语。
