Hu Chunhua

Hu Chunhua, current party secretary of the Inner Mongolia region, was born in Wufeng County, Hubei Province, in April 1963.

Hu earned a degree in Chinese language and literature from Peking University. After graduating, he worked in the Tibet region for 14 years, working for a newspaper, a hotel and the Communist Youth League. He worked his way up the youth league ranks, later being promoted to the secretary of Tibet's Communist Youth League.
