China Mobile's 4G Wireless Network 'to Serve 100 Cities This Year'

(Beijing) -- China Mobile plans to launch 4G wireless services in more than 100 cities across the country by the end of the year, the chairman of China's largest wireless operator said.

Xi Guohua said on February 26 that the company planned to have 200,000 base stations supporting the world's largest 4G TD-LTE telecoms network by the end of 2013.
