Statement: Caixin Announces Expansion into Financial Database Sector

Caixin Media Co. Ltd.'s new think tank division, China Insight Group, recently acquired a controlling stake in China Chengxin Information Technology Co. as it steps into the financial database business, Caixin editor-in-chief Hu Shuli said.

Caixin Insight Group also partnered with CEBM Group Ltd. to build up a financial information services platform, Hu said.
