被优质教育资源不均衡裹挟多年的学区房,正在被撼动根基。3月20日开始,上海地区房产中介平台的“学区房”信息全部下线,价位虚高的房源将无法通过房管部门审核查验。
The foundation of school-district houses, which have been plagued by the imbalance of high-quality education resources for years, is being shaken. Starting March 20th, all "school-district house" information on real estate agency platforms in Shanghai has been taken offline. Overpriced listings will not pass the scrutiny of housing authorities.
此前一天,上海市房地产经纪行业协会发起自律倡议,重点提及对学区房“规范房源挂牌和信息发布”。链家、太平洋、中原地产、我爱我家等14家主要房产中介机构承诺,不以学区房名义误导购房者,不使用“学区房”字眼推介、宣传房源;规范介绍教育资源用语,不出现“升学率”“对口”“名额未用”等。
A day earlier, the Shanghai Real Estate Brokerage Industry Association initiated a self-discipline proposal, emphasizing the "standardization of property listings and information release" for school district housing. Lianjia, Pacific, Centaline Property, I Love My Home and other 14 major real estate agencies pledged not to mislead homebuyers under the name of school district housing, and not to use the term "school district housing" to promote or advertise properties. They also committed to standardizing the language used to describe educational resources, avoiding terms such as "admission rate", "matching", and "unused quota".
