Tang worked in the Agricultural Bank of China for 15 years, mainly responsible for the research and development of Internet finance and electronic banking. Joined MYbank (A subsidiary of Alibaba Group) in 2015 as vice president and CIO. In MYbank, he led the team to build a complete set of micro-service system on the cloud, thus MYbank became the first bank in China whose entire system runs on the financial cloud. In 2020, he transferred to the general manager of the Scenario Finance Business Department of Alibaba Group. Joined Ping An Bank in June 2022, served as vice president and CIO of Ping An Bank, and formulated a three-year plan for a comprehensive cloud-native strategy for technology lines. With the goal of catching up with the level of Internet technology in three years, he clarified a comprehensive upgrade of the technology system and engineering system development blueprint.
在中国农行银行工作15年，主要负责互联网金融研发及电子银行研发。于2015年加入网商银行，任网商银行副行长兼CIO。在网商银行带领团队建成整套云上微服务化系统，网商银行因此成为中国第一家全系统在金融云上运行的银行。2020年调任阿里巴巴集团场景金融事业部总经理。2022年6月加入平安银行，任平安银行行长助理兼CIO，制定了科技条线全面云原生战略三年规划，以三年追平互联网技术水平为目标，明确了全面升级技术体系与工程体系的发展蓝图。
