Michael Woo 吴忠

Managing Director, Primavera Capital 春华资本董事总经理

Based in Primavera’s Singapore office, Michael leads the firm’s investment activities across Southeast Asia.

Previously, Michael served as co-Head of APAC Financials for BofA Securities, where he had worked with several Primavera portfolio companies. Before that, he was Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in investment banking and Vice-President at JPMorgan in structured credit.

Michael earned his BA from Stanford University. 吴忠常驻春华资本集团新加坡办公室，负责春华在东南亚地区的投资活动。

在加入春华前，吴忠担任美银证券亚太区金融机构业务的联合主管，并曾与春华投资的一些公司合作。在此之前，他曾担任高盛集团投资银行部的董事总经理，以及摩根大通的结构性信贷部门副总裁。

吴忠持有斯坦福大学学士学位。
