Flex Yang is the founder of HOPE, a DeFi ecosystem that champions financial inclusion throughout DeFi. With more than ten years of experience in the financial technology industry, Flex is a serial entrepreneur who previously co-founded Babel Finance, a leading global cryptocurrency lender and institution based in Singapore and Hong Kong. Earlier in his career, Flex sought to provide inclusive financial services for small and micro-enterprises in rural China as the founder of Standard Financial Inclusion. He also has a background in PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong.

Flex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the City University of Hong Kong in Accountancy and Law.
