Prior to NCC, Wy-En was Chief Strategy Officer at a hedge fund startup in Singapore, and was at APS Asset Management as the firm’s China strategist and financial sector analyst. Before joining APS, Wy-En was an Assistant Director in the Monetary and Domestic Markets Management Department, responsible for implementing monetary policy, at the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Wy-En is also a non-executive director serving on the board of Mileage Communications, a home-grown Public Relations consultancy in Singapore, which has offices in 10 countries and 16 cities throughout Asia. Wy-En has an MBA from Tsinghua University and graduated magna cum laude from New York University with a double major in Economics and Politics.
