Liwei Wang is Deputy Chief Editor of Caixin Summit, the conference brand for Caixin Media. He was Caixin Media Fellow at Oxford University in 2019, which Caixin established with Oxford's Blavatnik School of Government in 2018. He organizes Caixin Summit, Caixin Summer Summit and other series of event by Caixin each year.

He is also Senior Writer with Caixin, focusing on feature writing and interviews with prominent figures, including former Fed Chairman Paul Volcker, Bridgewater founder Ray Dalio, Minister of Industry and Information Technology of China Miao Wei.

He also hosts Who's Time, Caixin's flagship profile-type interview program with figures such as former Treasury Secretary and Harvard President Larry Summers, Bloomberg founder and former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, AIIB President Jin Liqun, some of which alongside Caixin's founder, Hu Shuli.

He is a regular attendee and avid observer of international meetings such as World Economic Forum (Davos), G20 and China Development Forum.

Before joining Caixin, he was Research Associate at Columbia Business School.
