Yue Yue has more than ten years of broad experience in financial journalism. He started his career as a reporter and TV news presenter for China’s state news agency Xinhua. He was later on secondment to Beijing TV Station where he anchored the primetime programme Beijing Business Report.
Yue currently serves as a senior reporter at Caixin Media. Some of his works have substantial influence in capital market and financial regulatory reform. Yue has also translated a number of English-language books and other works of literature, including Work Smarts: What CEOs Say You Need to Know to Get Ahead and Facts Are Sacred: The Power of Data.
Yue has a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a bachelor’s from Wuhan University. He was a visiting scholar at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford.
岳跃先生有着十多年的财经新闻从业经历，曾任新华通讯社记者、新华社电视台新闻主播，还曾借调北京电视台任《首都经济报道》节目主持人；他于2015年加入财新传媒。岳跃发表过多篇在资本市场和金融监管改革领域有影响力的作品，还翻译并出版了《对话最伟大的头脑：世界顶级CEO的工作智慧》《数据新闻大趋势：释放可视化报道的力量》等著作。岳跃先生毕业于伦敦政治经济学院、武汉大学，曾在牛津大学布拉瓦尼克政府学院任访问学者。
