He received Bachelor of Law from University of Indonesia and Master of Business Administration (International Business) from University of Southern California, United States of America.
He previously held several key positions as Head of Country of BP Indonesia (2007-2009), Independent Commissioner of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (2009-2011) and President Director of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (2011-2021).
In addition, He is a certified Coach from CTA Corporate Coaching International, Oregon, United States of America and certified Emotional Quotient Coach from Six Seconds, Singapore.
他获得印度尼西亚大学法律学士学位和美利坚合众国南加州大学工商管理硕士学位（国际商务）。
