Pan Jiangxue Shirley is the founder and director of the Shanghai ADream Foundation. She graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics with a master's degree in finance and is also an alumnus of the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. Shirley previously held senior management positions at financial institutions such as China Merchants Securities and HSBC Jintrust Fund Management Company. During a trip to the Maerkang Tibetan area in 2007, she realised that simple financial donations were insufficient to address the educational challenges faced by local children. In response, she resigned from her executive position in 2008 and established the Shanghai Adream Foundation.
The foundation focuses on competency-based education and strives to promote educational equity. It has since established nearly 6,000 ADream Centers across 31 provinces and municipalities in China, serving approximately 7 million teachers and students, empowering children to grow up with confidence and dignity. ADream Foundation topped Forbes China's Charity Transparency Ranking for four consecutive years and became the first in China's charity sector to obtain ISO9001 (2015 version) certification. Shirley herself has been honoured with the 2023 "Charity Person of the Year" award by "Chinese Philanthropist," as well as titles like "National Advanced Individual in Poverty Alleviation" and "National March 8th Red Banner Holder."
潘江雪，上海真爱梦想公益基金会创始人和理事。她拥有中央财经大学金融学硕士学位，是长江商学院校友，并曾在招商证券及汇丰晋信等金融机构担任高管。2008年她辞去金融高管职位，创办了真爱梦想。基金会专注素养教育，推动教育公平，至今已在全国31个省市建立近6000个梦想中心，服务约700万师生，帮助孩子们自信、从容、有尊严地成长。真爱梦想连续四年蝉联《福布斯》中国慈善基金会透明排行榜榜首，是中国公益领域首家ISO9001认证基金会，而潘江雪本人则荣获2023《中国慈善家》年度人物奖、“全国脱贫攻坚先进个人”、“全国三八红旗手”等称号。
