Grace FU Hai Yien 傅海燕

Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, Minister-in-charge of Trade Relations, Republic of Singapore 新加坡永续发展与环境部兼主管贸易关系部长

Ms Grace Fu graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours), and subsequently obtained a Masters of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. She spent the early part of her career in the private sector. She last held the position of Chief Executive Officer, PSA Southeast Asia and Japan, overseeing the business performance of PSA’s port terminals in Singapore, Thailand, Brunei and Japan.

Ms Fu joined politics in 2006 and is an elected Member of Parliament representing Yuhua Constituency. She held appointments in various Ministries including National Development, Education, Information, Communications and the Arts, Environment and Water Resources, and Foreign Affairs. In 2015, Ms Fu was appointed Minister for Culture, Community and Youth. In July 2020, Ms Fu was appointed Minister for Sustainability and the Environment. In January 2024, Ms Fu concurrently assumed the responsibility as Minister-in-charge of Trade Relations. 傅海燕女士毕业于新加坡国立大学，拥有会计荣誉学士学位和工商管理硕士学位。她早期在私人企业工作，从政前担任新加坡港务集团（PSA）东南亚及日本业务总裁一职，负责在新加坡、泰国、文莱和日本等国家的业务。

傅海燕女士于2006年从政，现在是裕华单选区的国会议员。傅海燕女士在多个政府部门，包括国家发展部，教育部，新闻、通讯及艺术部，环境及水源部和外交部担任不同职务。

2015年10月, 傅海燕女士受委为文化、社区及青年部长。2020年7月, 傅海燕女士受委为永续发展与环境部长。2024年1月，傅海燕女士受委为主管贸易关系部长。
