Ms. Wu has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Before joining CFA Institute, she worked at Thomson Reuters for 10 years. Prior to that, Ms. Wu was based in Toronto and worked in the North American financial market for more than 10 years, successively serving at the global equities team of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and York Consulting Group.
Ms. Wu has a profound accumulation of financial expertise and has long observed and deeply participated in key and hot financial topics such as green finance. She is one of the early participants and promoters in the construction and development of China's green finance cause, and has long conducted training on key financial topics for various financial institutions, university groups, and local government departments, including the Chief Investment Officer Program of the Capital Markets Institute, the "Frontier Trends and Hot Issues in Sustainable Finance" training of the Huzhou Financial Work Office in Zhejiang Province, the 2023 Green Finance Training of CNNC Capital and the Beijing Green Finance Association, and the "ESG Game Show" of BNP Paribas Asset Management Company.
Holding the CFA Institute Ethics Training Certificate, Iris has taught the "Financial Integrity Ethics Awareness and Decision-making" course to thousands of practitioners and university students in the industry associations, financial institutions, and universities in the Greater China region: Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Nanjing University, The University of Hong Kong, University of Nottingham Ningbo China, Capital Markets Institute, China Futures Association, Shanghai Funds and Asset Management Association, Lujiazui Administration Committee, BNP Paribas Asset Management Company, etc.
Iris has been a CFA charterholder for more than ten years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Peking University and a Master of Business Administration degree from York University in Canada.

吴薇女士有深厚的金融专业积累，对绿色金融等重点、热点金融话题有长期观察和深度参与。她是中国绿色金融事业建设与发展工作的早期参与者与推动者之一，长期为各金融机构、高校团体以及地方政府部门开展金融重点课题的培训，包括资本市场学院首席投资官项目、浙江省湖州市金融工作办公室 “可持续金融前沿趋势与热点议题”培训、中核资本与北京绿色金融协会2023年绿色金融专题培训、法巴银行资产管理公司 “ESG基础知识”培训等。

吴女士拥有北京大学理学士及加拿大约克大学工商管理硕士学位。
