Jeffrey is the Founding Partner & CEO of GL Capital Group, a leading health care private equity firm in China. He was the Country President of Novartis China during 2004-2010. Prior to that, he worked for the Pritzker family in a number of positions of investment, advisory and general management for 11 years. Jeffrey is a member of the China Entrepreneur Club, the Committee of 100, and the China Advisory Board of The Nature Conservancy, and also works as an independent director of Shanghai Pharma.
Jeffrey has BS from Beijing University of Aeronautics and MS from Illinois Institute of Technology.
李振福是德福资本的创始人兼首席执行官。自2004年至2010年间，他曾担任诺华中国区总裁。在此之前，他曾在美国贝思佳集团公司工作长达11年，担当投资、咨询和管理等数项职务。在贝思佳集团的最后五年，他在美国吉时公司就任商务公司总裁。李振福是中国企业家俱乐部理事成员，美国百人会会员，大自然保护协会中国理事会理事成员。
李振福在北京航空航天大学获得理学士，在美国伊利诺斯技术研究院获得理学硕士。
