Director Xie Yangjun has been committed to promoting international production capacity cooperation along the “Belt and Road”, setting up 16 alliances on key industrial cooperation and talents cooperation. He also led the planning of key energy bases in China and Indonesia, and the planning of “two countries, twin parks” industrial projects in Fujian, Guangxi, Jiangsu and other provinces. He also presided over the planning of key energy bases in China and Indonesia, and the planning of “two countries and two parks” in Fujian, Guangxi, Jiangsu and other provinces and cities. Director Xie has long been concerned about the opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese enterprises in the process of participating in the “Belt and Road” international production capacity cooperation, and has in-depth research and expertise in implementing China’s "Going Global" strategy and improving the internationalization level of enterprises.
谢阳军主任一直致力于“一带一路”国际产能合作促进工作，主持成立了16个国际产能合作重点产业联盟和丝路国际人才联盟，并主持了中国印尼两国重点能源基地规划、福建广西江苏等多省市“两国双园”产业规划等。谢阳军主任长期关注中国企业在参与“一带一路”国际产能合作进程中所面临的机遇与挑战，在实施国家“走出去”战略、提升企业国际化经营水平方面具有深入研究和造诣。
