Hiland International Talent Group was founded by Mr.Zhai with a mission to provide a wholistic support platform for international talents and Chinese companies with a global ambition. Prior to founding Hiland, Mr.Zhai has worked in various global and executive roles including as Chief Executive Officer of Shenzhen Talent Group, Chief Executive Officer (China) of Canoo (GoEV), Global Managing Director of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Offshore China Center (New York), Managing Partner of Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice in Asia Pacific, and Managing Director of A. T. Kearney Management Consultants (Beijing) etc.
Besides his business roles, Mr.Zhai is also active in social services. He is the founder of Yuting Action, a philanthropic organization dedicated to youth development in rural China. He was the former Chairman of Nio Global User Trust. He is also the founding trustee of Ping An Bank’s Talent Development Charity Trust, and the inaugural fellow of Aspen Institute in China. He teaches in Southern China University of Science and Technology as visiting professor on innovation and leadership, and he serves as the advisor to International Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Mr.Zhai graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Australian National University and Harvard Business School. He is currently undertaking his DBA study with Hong Kong University and Peking University.

翟斌先生积极参加社会公益活动。他的社会职务包括前蔚来汽车全球用户信托理事长，美国智库阿斯彭研究院中国创始会仕，公益组织“雨亭行动”发起人，平安银行“为国储才公益信托”联合发起人，南方科技大学产业教授，瑞士洛桑管理发展学院中国顾问委员会委员和中国慈善总会家风传承和慈善信托委员会委员等。由于他在社会公益方面的坚持和贡献，他曾被评为《中国新闻社》和平安银行“守望家国长盛先锋人物”，《汽车商业评论》“年度公益人物”，美国亚裔商界精英等。“雨亭行动”也被评为《南风窗》“让世界更美好的100个案例”。
翟斌先生毕业于武汉理工大学、澳大利亚国立大学和哈佛商学院。他现在正在攻读清华大学五道口金融学院的“一带一路”EMBA学位和香港大学工商管理博士学位。
