Bambang joined Dow in 1990 as part of the Commercial Development Program in Indonesia, soon after he received his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Diponegoro State University. In 1996, he was named sales manager for PS Indonesia and took up the role as Regional Sales Manager for Chemicals and Specialty Chemicals for Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore in 1997.
In 2000, he relocated to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to assume the role of Pacific area Product Marketing Manager for Chlorinated Organics, and also served as Vietnam Country Manager. In 2004, he returned to Indonesia to become Indonesia Country Manager, while retaining his Product Marketing Manager role for the Chlorinated Organics business. He assumed his Regional Sales Manager role for Dow Latex in 2006.
Named Product Director for Solution Polyethylene and Marketing Manager for Food & Specialty Packaging in Asia Pacific in 2007, he relocated to Singapore and was named Product Director for Polyethylene and Polypropylene for Asia Pacific in 2009. In 2011, he was appointed Director of Assets and Supply Chain Asia Pacific for Performance Plastics and transitioned to the role of Product Director for Polyethylene and Specialty Plastics in Asia Pacific in 2012. In 2014 he was announced as the Global Business Director for Specialty Resins and relocated to the Company’s headquarters in Midland, MI, USA. He assumed the position of Global Business Director for Solution PE in May 2016. He took up the current position since September 2017.
李明壮先生在1990年获得印度尼西亚迪波内戈罗大学化学工程学学士学位之后，就加入陶氏化学，成为公司商务发展计划的管理培训生。他于1996年被任命为印度尼西亚聚苯乙烯业务的销售经理，并于1997年开始担任印度尼西亚、马来西亚及新加坡三地的化学品和特殊化学品业务区域销售经理。
2000年，李明壮先生被派往越南胡志明市担任氯化产品业务太平洋地区产品市场经理，同时兼任越南区域经理。李先生于2004年回到印度尼西亚担任该地区区域经理并继续兼任氯化产品业务产品市场经理一职，并于2006年被任命为陶氏特种乳胶公司（Dow Latex）的区域销售经理。
李明壮先生于2007年担任液相法聚乙烯亚太区产品总监，兼任食品和特殊产品包装亚太区市场经理。2009年，他被公司派往新加坡，担任聚乙烯及聚丙烯亚太区产品总监。李先生于2011年被任命为陶氏功能塑料亚太区资产及供应链总监，并于2012年担任聚乙烯及特种塑料亚太区产品总监。2014年，他被派往美国总部担任特种树脂全球业务总监一职，并于2016年5月起担任陶氏包装与特种塑料业务液相法聚乙烯全球业务总监，并于2017年9月起担任现职。
