


Luyang began her career as a journalist in China at 16, and by 19, she had become the youngest-ever evening business news anchor on China Central Television (CCTV). After earning a business degree from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School, she worked as a marketing associate at a publishing company in Silicon Valley before she returned to CCTV and launched her own business talk show as Managing Editor and Host. Her professional journey includes roles in marketing and publishing in Silicon Valley, international investment banking in China, and a prominent European strategic consulting firm. Leaving her journalism career, Luyang continued her journey in the corporate world. She was first recruited by CICC, the first international investment banking firm in China, and then as Head of Asia Marketing of a prominent European strategic consulting firm. In 2012, she joined Christie’s and played a key role in Christie’s expansion into mainland China as Vice President and a member of the firm’s Asia management team.
Before joining The Baer Faxt, Luyang ran her own consulting business in Germany, working with art world clients from Beijing, Hong Kong, London, and New York, as their strategic advisor.
蒋璐阳从16岁开始在中国担任记者,19岁时主持中国中央电视台(CCTV)《经济半小时》,成为CCTV史上最年轻的黄金晚间商业新闻主播。在获得美国伯克利加州大学哈斯商学院的商科学位后,她在硅谷的一家出版公司营销部工作期间受邀重返CCTV,创办了商业访谈节目《商务时间》并担任执行主编兼主持人。告别传媒行业后,蒋璐阳受邀加入中国首家国际投资银行中国国际金融股份有限公司(CICC),作为其传讯部主管和公司新闻发言人,参与了包括中国农业银行上市的多个重要国际金融项目。此后加入欧洲知名战略咨询公司罗兰贝格(Roland Berger)担任亚洲市场部及国际传讯部主管,参与了众多中国大型企业的国际市场战略项目。2012年以亚洲区副总裁及企业传播部主管的身份加入佳士得(Christie's),作为亚洲区管理层核心成员之一,在佳士得成为第一家国际拍卖行进入中国内地的过程中发挥了关键作用。
在加入The Baer Faxt之前,蒋璐阳在德国及香港经营自己的咨询顾问业务,为北京、香港、 伦敦和纽约等地的艺术界客户提供商业战略顾问服务。
