Cao Dongqiang, with an MBA from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University and an EMBA from Wudaokou Finance, Tsinghua University, is currently the Chairman of Shanghai Greatpower Nickel and Cobalt Materials and Shanghai Dongjian Digital Energy. Mr Cao is the Vice Chairman of Shanghai Xuhui District Federation of Industry and Commerce, a member of Shanghai Xuhui District Political Consultative Conference, and a visiting professor of Nanjing Normal University. Mr Cao has published papers in Joule, and owns nearly one hundred authorised invention patents and software copyrights.
In 2006, Mr Cao founded GreatPower Nickel & Cobalt, which focuses on the R&D, production and manufacturing of cobalt-based, nickel-based, lithium anode materials and recycled products for power batteries. The company has more than 30 strategic investment shareholders, including industry giant LG, Fortune 500 company Guodian Investment, etc. In 2022, Mr. Cao founded the Dongjian Digital Energy, which focuses on new energy sectors, including sodium-ion batteries, perovskite solar cells, energy storage, and digitalisation in the field of sustainable energy.
曹栋强，北京大学光华管理学院工商管理硕士、清华大学五道口金融EMBA。现担任上海格派镍钴材料股份有限公司和上海东渐数能技术集团有限公司董事长。任职上海市徐汇区工商联副主席、上海市徐汇区政协委员，同时受聘南京师范大学客座教授，目前已在国际知名学术期刊Joule（焦耳）发表论文并拥有近百篇授权发明专利及软著。
曹先生于2006年成立格派镍钴，专注于钴系、镍系、锂电正极材料、动力电池循环再生产品的研发、生产和制造。公司拥有30余个战略投资股东包括行业巨头LG、世界500强企业国电投等。2022年，曹先生创建东渐数能集团，产业投资聚焦于新能源领域包括钠离子电池、钙钛矿太阳能电池、储能以及可持续能源领域的数字化等。
