Li, in 2022 founded PCG Power, a new energy company dedicated to invest, develop and operate new energy projects such as PV & wind power generation, energy storage, regional energy integration, and carbon management. Till now, PCG Power has raised RMB 1.5 billion across four rounds of equity financing, and built up PCG ecosystem with leading players & investors in new energy sector. Meanwhile, PCG Power has stepped into global business, and reached strategic partnership with FAS Energy to jointly develop China & global markets.
Li, jointly with GLP Capital, in 2024 founded LOK Capital, the first-ever fund in China to invest and manage distributed new energy assets. Fund I has raised RMB 2 billion, targeting to invest in new energy assets of RMB 10 billion. Previously, with extensive expertise in private equity investment and strong industrial background, Li has managed multiple equity & asset investment funds with total AUM of RMB 10+ billion, establishing diversified investment platforms with renowned institutional partners.
Prior to PCG Power, Li served as Deputy General Manager of Poly Capital. Li holds a Bachelor’s degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University in China and a Master's degree from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
在新能源领域，李文轩带领团队孵化保碧新能源，重点布局分布式光伏、储能、智能配网、充电桩等领域。保碧新能源汇集蔚来资本、固德威、昱能科技、恒信华业、华美国际、普洛斯和芯联集成在内的光伏产业链、新能源汽车以及全球化不动产管理平台领域的多家头部企业和产业资本股东的支持，A1-A4轮累计获得人民币15亿元投资。目前已成为国内领先的工商业综合能源管理商，以长三角和珠三角为重点区域，业务遍布在全国31个省市，在新能源汽车以及供应链、高端制造、食品粮农等在内的工业和制造业批量落地优质项目，形成支柱产业以及优质客户的聚集效应，有效推动制造端到应用端的新能源基础设施建设。
在资产管理领域，李文轩联合普洛斯旗下资产管理平台普洛斯资本与保碧新能源共同发起国内首家分布式绿色能源投资平台—洛能资本，保碧新能源作为资产开发商和运营商，洛能资本以“AMC+开发运营”模式推动资产滚动开发，将资产开发基金、资产运营基金、REITs等资产管理方式运用到分布式能源资产中。洛能资本首期新能源基金募资规模预计为30亿元，首期基金投资人除发起机构外，还包括国内外顶级新能源产业方、金融机构，以及家族办公室等。
李文轩先生曾任国内领先CVC机构保利资本管理合伙人，带领团队成功设立地产产业链、新能源、科技主题基金，累计规模超100亿人民币，受托管理的资金主要来自于多个政府引导基金、金融机构、市场化母基金、产业链上市公司及国内多个家族办公室等出资人，为投资者创造良好的经济回报。同时，搭建了以产业集团为核心、以上市公司和产业龙头为关键节点、以科研机构为前沿触点的多层次合作网络。
