During her tenure at Temasek Cares and Temasek Foundation Cares, she and her team piloted numerous care models in the social and healthcare sectors. Many of these pilot programmes have since been scaled to benefit a wider group of the Singapore’s population.
Temasek Foundation now supports diverse programmes that uplift lives and communities based on four key thrusts: Planet, People, Peace, and Progress. It also forges strong strategic partnerships with the Philanthropic, Public, Private and People sectors to collaborate in Asia including Singapore to find appropriate solutions to meet emerging and global challenges.
Before joining Temasek Foundation, Saet Nyoon served more than eight years in the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), with her last post helming the Community Chest, the fund-raising arm of NCSS. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Estate Management from the University of Reading, United Kingdom; has attended Nonprofit Management at Harvard Business School and was awarded Singapore's Public Service Medal for her contributions towards nationwide public health engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic.

在加入淡马锡基金会之前，雪银女士在新加坡国家福利理事会（NCSS – National Council of Social Service）工作了超过八年，最后一职是该机构的筹款部门——公益金的负责人。她拥有英国雷丁大学的不动产管理荣誉学士学位，曾在哈佛商学院接受非营利组织管理课程培训，并因其在应对COVID-19疫情中的贡献获得了新加坡公共服务奖章。
