Having successfully priced a S$250 million sustainability-linked bond due 2031 (“bond offering”), the first Singapore dollar-denominated sustainability-linked bond and the first public sustainability-linked bond issuance from a Southeast Asian based company. She worked with her team, offering ties sustainability targets to bond financing terms.
In addition, she dedicated to set up sustainable Co-Investment Platform between Surbana Jurong Capital and Silk Road Fund, USD 500million for new infrastructure investment.
Before joining Surbana Jurong, Carol worked in CITIC Group for more than ten years, based in London and Africa before with touching base on more than 50 countries market development experience with political and commercial top leaders. For example, U.K. former Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, U.K. The Right Honourable, The Lord Chadlington, African richest woman Isabel dos Santo(Angola President’s daughter) and President of Real Madrid C.F.& Grupo ACS, Florentino Pérez Rodríguez, etc.
Carol is proficient at Business planning & Project Proposals, while also having the experience of contingency planning and crisis management; she participated in overseas hostage and wounded rescues while working on projects in the Africa Continent, as part of the rotational position in CITIC Group, a leading investment company offering.
