Zhou Qing’an, Dean of School of Journalism and Communication at Tsinghua University; member of the Cultivation Steering Committee of the Graduate School of International and Regional Studies at Tsinghua University. He is the Fujian Province Minjiang Scholar Chair Professor, and a member of the Journalism and Communication Graduate Teaching Committee of the Ministry of Education. He is currently appointed as the 10th Director of the National Journalists Association, Deputy Director of the Academic Committee of the China Public Relations Association, Vice Chairman of the Public Relations Education Committee of the Chinese Society of Higher Education, and Vice Chairman of the International Communication Committee of the Chinese Society for the History of Journalism. He has served as the director of multiple national social science funds and has been involved in the evaluation of press conferences by the State Council Information Office and the training of national news spokespersons at all levels since 2002; he presides over the academic research work of the National Press Release Evaluation and Assessment of Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee/State Council Information Office, and serves as the leader of the National Government Press Release Evaluation Academic Working Group. He has served as the director of the special topic department of Xinhua News Agency's "International Pioneer Guide", and has been hired as a special commentator and columnist for media outlets such as CCTV, China Radio International, Beijing News, and Guangzhou Daily.
周庆安，清华大学新闻与传播学院院长；清华大学国际与地区研究院培养指导委员会委员。他是福建省闽江学者讲座教授，教育部新闻传播专业研究生教指委委员。他目前受聘担任全国记协第十届理事、中国公共关系协会学术委员会副主任、中国高等教育学会公共关系教育专业委员会副理事长、中国新闻史学会国际传播专业委员会副理事长。他先后担任多项国家社科基金负责人，自2002年开始参与国务院新闻办新闻发布会评估与全国各级新闻发言人培训工作；主持中宣部/国务院新闻办全国新闻发布评估考核学术研究工作，担任全国政府新闻发布评估学术工作组组长。他曾担任新华社《国际先驱导报》专题部主任，曾受聘担任中央电视台、中国国际广播电台、《新京报》、《广州日报》等媒体特约评论员、专栏作者。
