Fan Zhang serves as partnerships director on innovative philanthropoy at Tencent Charity Foundations. She is responsible for collaborating with research institutions, philanthropists, foundations, local NGOs to strengthen the philanthropic ecosystem and to promote digital innovation into social solutions. Her work mainly focus on supporting the transformation and upgrade of charity organizations and improves philanthropic services through digital integration.
Formerly, she served as a CSR Director at Kuaishou Technology, where she led the company’s strategic social initiatives, aiming to help communities and businesses with the goal of alleviating poverty in impoverished rural areas. Before that, she worked with Goldman Sachs and New York Univerisity in social investing initiatives.
张帆是腾讯公益慈善基金会的合作伙伴总监，负责与中国、亚太等国家和地区的研究机构、慈善基金会、慈善家、本土公益组织伙伴等进行深入合作，通过支持政策研究、合作交流、行业建设、人才发展、模式创新孵化来推动中国公益慈善行业的高质量发展，同时来探索更有效的技术助力社会问题的解法。
加入腾讯基金会之前，张帆曾经快手科技负责企业社会责任，发起了系列项目来通过数字科技助力偏远地区的社区发展及减贫工作。她之前也曾在高盛和纽约大学任职，负责社会投资工作。
