Neeraj Aggarwal 安屹杰

Neeraj is the Chairman of the Asia Pacific region for BCG, which includes overseeing business in Australia, China, India, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia. He is a member of BCG’s global Executive Committee. Neeraj has over 25 years of experience with clients spanning multiple sectors and has worked across geographies ranging across Asia Pacific, Europe and North America.

More recently, a lot of Neeraj’s work has been focused on disruptive impact of Digital across businesses. He has worked closely with more than 50 CEOs over the years in different geographies. In his current role, Neeraj spends a lot of time working with both less tenured and experienced CEOs and Chairmen in helping them think through their mandates and effectiveness.

Neeraj holds a degree in B. Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Delhi, Masters in Computer Science from Ohio State University, USA and holds an MBA degree from IIM, Ahmedabad. Neeraj毕业于印度理工学院德里分校，获得计算机科学学士学位，同时他还拥有美国俄亥俄州立大学计算机科学硕士学位，以及印度管理学院艾哈迈达巴德分校工商管理硕士学位。Neeraj曾荣获印度管理学院艾哈迈达巴德分校的校友成就奖。
