He is a qualified LEED professional and a strong advocate of leveragingtechnology for sustainable and innovative design solutions. This thinking was the key driving force behind landmark projects such as the Jurong Lake
District Masterplan, Dover Masterplan and JTC Bulim smart industrial building and planning projects.
Previouslythe Chief Executive Officer of SJ North Asia, he broughtsignificant design, technical and
management expertise to the North Asia office.Besides Singapore and China, Hong Kian has worked in Malaysia, Vietnam, Spain and the UAE.His global perspective has contributed to the firm’s business
development and commercial growth in key regional markets in Asia.
