The Hon Dr Rudd AC served as Australia’s twenty-sixth Prime Minister from 2007 to 2010, then as Minister for Foreign Affairs, before a second term as Prime Minister in 2013. Dr Rudd was most recently the President and CEO of the Asia Society and the President of the Asia Society Policy Institute.

Dr Rudd holds a PhD from Oxford University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the Australian National University.

 陆克文博士从2007年至2010年担任澳大利亚第二十六任总理，随后担任外交部长，并于2013年再次担任总理。陆克文博士近期曾任亚洲协会总裁兼首席执行官及亚洲协会政策研究所所长。

陆克文博士拥有牛津大学博士学位和澳大利亚国立大学文学学士（荣誉）学位。
