Li, in 2022 established PCG Power, China's largest and fastest-growing investor and distributed solar PV power plant operator, specializing in commercial and industrial (C&I) applications. In just 2 years, the company has developed over 1GW of operational capacity. He also established PCG Global, the global headquarter of PCG based in Singapore. Its current pipeline exceeds 2 GW across Southeast Asia, New Zealand, the Middle East, and other regions.
Li, jointly with GLP Capital, in 2024 founded LOK Capital, the first-ever fund in China to invest and manage distributed new energy assets. Previously, with extensive expertise in private equity investment and strong industrial background, Li has managed multiple equity & asset investment funds with total AUM of RMB 10+ billion, establishing diversified investment platforms with renowned institutional partners.
Prior to PCG Power, Li served as Deputy General Manager of Poly Capital. Li holds a Bachelor’s degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University in China and a Master’s degree from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

此前，李文轩先生曾任国内领先CVC机构保利资本的管理合伙人，主导设立多只聚焦地产产业链、新能源与科技领域的基金，总规模超100亿元人民币。管理资金主要来源于政府引导基金、金融机构、市场化母基金、上市公司及家族办公室等多类出资人，并为投资者创造了优异回报。同时，构建了以产业集团为核心，上市公司与科研机构协同的多层次产业合作生态。
