Calvin Fu has worked for Abu Dhabi Global Market and its Financial Services Regulatory Authority as the country head, also having worked for the Federation of International Financial Centres and International Innovation Centres, CFA Institute, Boyuan Foundation, Hongfan Institute of Law & Economics in the capacity of senior management. Calvin Fu holds board directorship in multiple international organizations, professional associations and think tanks, also being the secretary-generals of multiple international investment forums. Calvin Fu also conducts lectures and researches at multiple universities as adjunct professor or visiting scholar or adjunct professor/lecturer with publication of books, translated works and articles.

傅诚刚在金融监管、投资管理、公共政策、国际经济合作和国际金融人才培养等领域积累了超二十年全球工作履历，交付了丰富的国家级和行业级成果，有着跨部门的国际影响力。
傅诚刚目前担任多家欧洲和中东机构的经济顾问，以及中国多个地方政府的金融发展顾问，也是是成都金融在欧洲、中东及亚洲多个国家合作平台的发起人。傅诚刚曾任阿布扎比国际金融中心及其金融服务监管局中国首席代表，曾供职于国际金融中心与国际创新中心联合会、特许金融分析师协会（CFA Institute）、博源基金会等国际性机构，从事高级管理工作。傅诚刚在多个国际组织、协会和智库担任理事、监事或研究员，以及领导多个国际性投资论坛的秘书处工作，是国内外多所大学的客座教授、访问学者或授课专家，亦有著述、译作和文章发表。
傅诚刚是中国公民，民主党派人士，曾获《中国新闻周刊》“年度影响力人物”，获多项政府与业界嘉奖，并⻓期从事减贫、包容性发展和乡村儿童教育等公益工作。傅诚刚在中国取得经济学学士学位，在北美取得国际政策硕士和金融学硕士学位。
