




Prior to leading Caixin Global Studio, Lou Yi served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Curriculum Director at ALO7, a developer of English learning products. In this capacity, she oversaw the marketing department, as well as the development of English children's books and K-12 English courses.
Before ALO7, Lou Yi was a consultant at Brunswick Group, where she provided strategic communications counsel to clients on critical corporate matters, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and branding. Her client portfolio included prominent organizations such as Goldman Sachs, Kering Group, JD.com, Sinopec, Geely, Apple, and Gucci.
Earlier in her career, Lou Yi was a Senior Reporter at Caijing Magazine, concurrently founding and serving as Editor-in-Chief of Caijing’s online video channel.
