Since its founding in 2015, he has led Carro to unicorn status in just six years, raising over US$600 million from world-renowned investors including SoftBank Vision Fund, Temasek and PNB.
Aaron founded his first company at the age of 13 and had sold two companies before turning 21. He also represented Singapore at the biennial WorldSkills Competition, where he won the nation’s first and only medal in Web Technologies. He later received a Singapore government scholarship and graduated summa cum laude with a double degree from Singapore Management University’s School of Information Systems and Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Computer Science.
Driven by a commitment to lifelong learning, Aaron is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research focuses on the integration and application of agentic AI and edge AI in physical settings.
For his outstanding leadership, Aaron has been recognized with numerous accolades, including the Singapore Computer Society’s IT Leader of the Year Award (2024) and The Straits Times’ Young Business Leader of the Year Award (2025).
Beyond his business achievements, Aaron is passionate about nurturing the next generation of technology leaders. He is an early investor in several unicorn companies as well as an investment committee member in multiple funds. He actively gives back through board service in various non-profit organizations.
He currently serves as a non-executive director at Singapore’s National Library Board, the Singapore University of Social Sciences, and the Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (IIE) at Singapore Management University.
Despite his role as a corporate leader, Aaron has never lost his love for programming. Most recently, he personally led the development of Carro’s insurtech system—demonstrating his ability to excel both at the technology frontline and in the boardroom.

𬀩程13岁创办了第一家公司，在21岁前就卖了两家公司。𬀩程也曾代表新加坡参加每两年一度的世界技术大赛（Skills Olympics），并赢得新加坡在网页技术项目中的首枚也是唯一一枚奖牌。他随后获得国家的全额奖学金，并以最高荣誉完成了新加坡管理大学信息系统学院与卡内基梅隆大学计算机科学学院的双学位。
秉持终身学习的理念，𬀩程目前正于香港理工大学攻读商业人工智能博士学位，其研究聚焦于“代理式AI”以及“边缘计算AI”在商业场景中的融合与应用。
凭借卓越的领导能力，𬀩程荣获多项业界殊荣，包括新加坡电脑学会2024年度IT领袖奖，以及《海峡时报》2025年度青年商业领袖奖。
在事业之外，𬀩程亦热衷于培育下一代科技领导者。他是多家独角兽公司的早期投资人也是几个风投公司的投资委员。𬀩程透过在多个非营利组织担任董事会成员积极回馈社会。
𬀩程是新加坡国家图书馆管理局、新加坡社科大学、新加坡管理大学创新与企业研究院（IIE）的非执行董事。
尽管身为企业领导人，𬀩程始终不忘本心，依然热爱编程。他最近亲自领导了Carro保险科技系统的开发，证明他在技术一线与董事会会议室中都同样得心应手。
