Dr Puspa Sharma is a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of South Asian Studies at the National University of Singapore. He has extensive experience in policy research and dialogues on trade and sustainable development issues and has published widely. He has provided expert services to several international organizations. Dr Sharma earned his PhD in Public Policy from the Crawford School of Public Policy, The Australian National University, and MA degrees from the University of Denver and Tribhuvan University. He is a recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship from 2007 to 2009 and Australia Awards Scholarship from 2015 to 2019.
普斯帕·夏尔马博士现任新加坡国立大学南亚研究所客座高级研究员。他在贸易与可持续发展领域的政策研究和对话方面拥有丰富经验，并发表了大量研究成果，曾为多个国际组织提供专家服务。夏尔马博士先后获得澳大利亚国立大学克劳福德公共政策学院公共政策博士学位、丹佛大学及特里布文大学硕士学位，曾于2007至2009年获享誉全球的富布莱特奖学金，2015至2019年荣获澳大利亚政府奖学金。
