Previously, Mr. Ru was Deputy General Manager at Ant Group’s Alipay, leading strategic partnerships with UnionPay, NetsUnion, Amex, and MasterCard, as well as managing major bank collaborations, customer balance operations, and payment tool optimization. He also contributed to the growth of Yu'e Bao and Alipay’s payment ecosystem.
Before that, he was General Manager of the Rental Business Center at Beike (NYSE: BEKE), driving nationwide operations in rentals and commercial real estate, and held leadership roles at Meituan Dianping (SEHK: 3690), where he managed delivery operations and served as CFO for several business units.
Earlier in his career, he was a Project Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Greater China, focusing on consumer goods and financial services.
Mr. Ru holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fudan University.

此前，他在美团点评（SEHK： 3690）负责外卖事业群配送事业部的全国运营工作，同时兼任餐饮生态事业群及多家被投企业的首席财务官（CFO），为公司在多领域的高效运作和业务扩展提供了重要支持。
茹海阳先生的职业生涯始于波士顿咨询（BCG）大中华区，他曾担任项目经理，服务于消费品及金融行业客户，积累了深厚的战疴咨询经验。
他拥有斯坦福大学商学院工商管理硕士学位以及复旦大学经济学学士学位。
