Throughout his career,Shuo has pioneered cross-industry business models such as Music× Sports,Music×Art Exhibitions,and Music×Retail,bringing foward-looking pop culture experiences to young audiences through diverse forms of live entertainment.
深耕中国现场音乐行业近20年，先后创办、操盘了五百里音乐节、草莓音乐节、泡泡岛音乐与艺术节等多个头部演艺IP, 累计出品大型营业性演出活动近200场。
并在从业期间，开创了「音乐×运动」、「音乐×艺术展览」、「音乐×实体商业」等多个跨界 新商业模式，将具有时代新锐影响力的流行文化，以丰富多样的现场娱乐形式呈现给更多年轻观众。
