Mr. Sheng CHEN, also known as Josh Sheng CHEN, earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University in 1991. With nearly three decades of dedication to Internet infrastructure and next-generation information technology, he is recognized as an industry leader in technical architecture design and product innovation. He has been honored by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) as one of the “Top 10 Leaders in the Integration of Industrialization and Informatization in China.”
As the founder and Chairman of VNET Group (Nasdaq: VNET), a leading carrier- and cloud-neutral IDC and AIDC services provider in China, Mr. Chen also holds prominent roles in various industry organizations. He serves as Executive Director of the Energy Internet Research Institute at Tsinghua University (EIRI), Managing Director of the Internet Society of China (ISC), Director of China Info100, Vice Chairman of the China Energy Internet Alliance (CEIA), and Chairman of the Zhongguancun CyberNext New Infrastructure Alliance.
陈升先生，1991年毕业于清华大学电机工程系，专注互联网基础设施及新一代信息技术领域将近30年，是业界著名技术构架设计和产品创新的引领者，曾荣获工信部“中国两化融合十大领军人物”奖项。陈升先生目前为中国领先的第三方专业数据中心服务提供商、美国纳斯达克上市企业世纪互联集团（Nasdaq：VNET）创始人、董事长；清华大学能源互联网创新研究院执行院长；中国互联网协会常务理事；中国信息化百人会理事；国家能源互联网产业及技术创新联盟副理事长；中关村超互联新基建产业创新联盟理事长。
