Prior to that, Caihan is the Chief Representative of Singapore Exchange’s Beijing Representative Office since 2018, responsible for developing SGX Group’s equity and debt capital markets business in China.
In promoting Singapore’s capital markets, Caihan and her team provide guidance to listing aspirants, manage the relationships with existing SGX-listed companies, and facilitate cooperation and communication with China regulatory authorities, exchanges and intermediaries. Caihan was previously Staff Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of SGX Group. At the CEO’s Office, she assisted the CEO in the crafting of business strategies and internal policies, contributing to group planning and budgeting, strengthening exchange-wide communications and ensuring coherence in overall strategy and business delivery.
Caihan joined SGX Group in 2004, beginning with a 10-year stint in the Regulation department where she was involved in the regulation of listed companies. The work included the review of listing and secondary fund-raising applications, approval of the listings of securities products, writing of listing rules, as well as the conduct of the post-listing compliance review of listed companies. She was also a member of the Listing Committee.
She holds a Bachelor in Business (Hons) Degree with a Minor in Chinese from Nanyang Technological University.

谢女士在此之前担任新加坡交易所集团首席执行官特助，协助首席执行官拟定及推行交易所内部与对外的商业战略，参与制定年度计划和预算，以及协调交易所各个部门的业务建设以确保业务和交易所整体战略一致。
谢女士于2004 年加入新加坡交易所集团，在监管部工作了10年，并累积丰富的上市监管经验，工作包括审核上市和再融资申请，审批证券产品的发行，上市规则的撰写，以及公司上市后的监管。她也曾担任上市委员会的成员。 谢女士持有新加坡南洋理工大学商学院荣誉学士学位。
