Vice President, ANTA Group; Chairman & President, ANTA Southeast Asia 安踏集团副总裁、东南亚安踏集团董事长兼总裁
Mr. Wang Huayou is currently the Vice President of ANTA Group and the Chairman & President of ANTA Southeast Asia.

Mr. Wang joined ANTA Group in 2001 as General Manager of ANTA Shanghai, and in 2003 was appointed Sales Director of ANTA Group.

In 2011, Mr. Wang became President of Retail at ANTA Group and Vice President of FILA, mainly responsible for FILA’s retail business in Greater China. As FILA was the Group’s first business adopting a “brand + retail” management model, leveraging 10 years of solid financial management experience, 15 years of sales management expertise and deep insights into emerging industries such as e-commerce, internet, and digitalization, he integrated finance and operations for better synergy and established a comprehensive refined retail management system. Under his leadership, the FILA team achieved a turnaround from loss to profitability within three years.

In 2023, Mr. Wang was appointed Chairman & President of ANTA Southeast Asia. As ANTA Group’s first overseas subsidiary, headquartered in Singapore, ANTA Southeast Asia marked the Group’s official step into globalization. Its business footprint covers Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand, as well as India, Australia, and New Zealand.

The scope of operations includes product development, supply chain management, brand marketing, and retail operations, managing brands such as ANTA, FILA, DESCENTE, and the Amer Sports portfolio brands invested by ANTA Group including Arc’teryx, Wilson, and Salomon.

Mr. Wang is a strong advocate and practitioner of ANTA Group’s corporate mission of “bringing the spirit of surpassing oneself into everyone’s life.” With a passion for outdoor challenges, he leads his team on the Gobi Desert trek each year. He places great emphasis on talent strategy, attracting professionals from diverse industries and backgrounds, and is deeply committed to talent development and incentive programs.
王华友,现任安踏集团副总裁、东南亚安踏集团董事长兼总裁。

2001年加入安踏集团,担任安踏上海公司总经理,2003年出任安踏集团销售总监。

2011年,王华友担任安踏集团零售总裁、FILA(斐乐)副总裁,主要负责FILA大中华区零售业务。FILA作为集团首次尝试“品牌+零售”独特管理模式的新业务板块,王华友凭借10年扎实的财务管理经验,15年的销售管理经验,以及对电商、互联网、数字化等新型行业的深刻理解,将财务和业务相融合,建立了一套完善、细化的FILA零售管理机制,最终带领FILA团队在三年内实现扭亏为赢。

2023年,王华友被任命为东南亚安踏集团董事长兼总裁。东南亚安踏集团作为安踏集团控股公司,是安踏集团正式实施全球化战略的第一家海外公司,总部设在新加坡。经营区域涉及新加坡,马来西亚,印度尼西亚,菲律宾,越南,泰国等东南亚各国,以及印度、澳大利亚和新西兰等国家。业务范围包括产品研发、供应链管理、品牌营销和零售运营,经营品牌包括安踏、FILA、迪桑特,及安踏集团控股的亚玛芬体育旗下始祖鸟、威尔胜、萨洛蒙等运动户外品牌。
