With a multifaceted portfolio, Clement leads three core teams—International, Reservation & Operations, and Wildlife Experience, each contributing to Mandai’s mission of creating meaningful wildlife encounters while ensuring robust revenue performance.

In his leadership of the International team, Clement spearheads tourism strategies aimed at increasing visitorship and spend across Mandai’s wildlife parks. His efforts position Mandai as a must-visit destination in the region, significantly boosting operating revenue and brand visibility on the global stage. Clement also oversees the Reservation & Operations team, ensuring the seamless management of reservation systems and inventory control. His focus on operational excellence enables the organization to optimize revenue opportunities while maintaining high service standards.

Within the Wildlife Experience team, Clement drives the development of curated, paid wildlife experiences that deepen visitor engagement and foster emotional connections with nature. These programs not only enhance the value proposition of Mandai but also support its conservation and education goals.

Beyond his operational responsibilities, Clement is accountable for the Sales & Marketing division’s operating revenue and expense budget planning. His expertise in P&L management and financial modeling underscores his strategic acumen and commitment to sustainable growth. Clement’s role transcends traditional sales leadership, he is a visionary architect of immersive experiences that blend financial performance with conservation impact. His work continues to shape Mandai Wildlife Group’s evolution into a world-class destination that inspires and educates through wildlife.
