Dr. Tang got his Ph.D in Institute of Physics, CAS. He worked in Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research as guest scientist in Stuttgart, Germany. Then he served as department manager in National Institute of Clean Energy in China Energy Group before he co-founded HiNa Battery in 2017 with Prof. Liquan Chen, Prof. Yongsheng Hu and Prof. Hong Li . Dr. Tang has extensive experience in Li/Na batteries and energy storage research and development. So far, he has published more than 30 papers in international academic journals, filed more than 100 patents. Currently he is committed to the industrialization of sodium-ion batteries.
唐堃先生是中科海钠创始人、执行董事，高级工程师。北京大学化学与分子工程学院本科，博士毕业于中国科学院物理研究所。曾在德国马克斯普朗克固体研究所做访问学者，曾任国家能源投资集团北京低碳院电池材料部门经理。长期从事锂/钠离子电池，能量存储与能量转化等方面研究。目前已在国际重要学术期刊发表论文30余篇，国际专利一项，中国专利五十余项。2017年与陈立泉院士，胡勇胜研究员，李泓研究员一起创建国内第一家钠离子电池企业——中科海钠。目前致力于高性能低成本钠离子电池产业化推进。
