Dr Zhou had worked with Singapore Press Holdings for 19 years from 1999 to 2018, his roles include Vice President (New Markets), SPH, AVP (New Growth), Lianhe Zaobao and Editor of Lianhe Zaobao Online cum Editor of Crossroads with Lianhe Zaobao.
Dr Zhou is also appointed as board director of Singapore National Heritage Board, Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre and standing committee member of Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Dr Zhou is holding Adjunct Professorship with Nanyang Centre for Public Administration of Nanyang Technological University and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
周博士曾在新加坡报业控股集团任职19年，历任联合早报网主编、联合早报助理副总裁、新加坡报业控股新兴市场副总裁等职务。
周博士兼任的社会职务包括新加坡国家文物局董事、新加坡华族文化中心董事和新加坡中华总商会常务董事。
周博士在南洋理工大学南洋公共管理研究生院兼任教授、广东外语外贸大学任客座教授。
